[ Well, this was certainly awkward. Considering what the two of them had done despite knowing each other, it'd probably be pretty easy to just keep ignoring each other and pretend it never happened.
On the other hand, they did live in the same apartment building, at least for the moment, so running into each other was probably going to happen sooner rather than later. It would probably be best to just, talk to each other. Maybe see if they had some common ground.
... It probably didn't help that her mind kept flashing back to their encounter either. ]
Hey Kerra. It's Aqua. I... I think we should probably talk. About... well... things?
[Look this isn't something she usually has to do (though she probably should also do it for Souji, now that she thinks about it). ]
[Kerra is not normally one for regrets, and she doesn't regret what happened with Aqua, not really. It had been necessary at the time, it had seemed enjoyable for both of them at the time, and it played well with the world so nobody should've had any issues.
But it was still embarrassing. She should have been better. She shouldn't have risked taking advantage of someone, and that was what it was. Even if it had seemed necessary at the time.]
[ Aqua doesn't regret it either. She had been in such desperate need at the time that she probably would've jumped to anyone, and Kerra was more than wonderful as a partner. So there's that, but she also knows that considering how this planet was, it was incredibly likely that it could end up happening again.
And in that case, she should probably know the other woman as someone other than "that attractive neighbor I have sex with".]
... We should. This is probably a conversation that's better to be had in person. [ A pause. Then... ] Should I head to your apartment again? Or should we meet at a cafe or restaurant or something?
[ With that said, she's going to go ahead and leave her apartment, heading over to Kerra's. She's still a little confused about how she should be feeling about this whole situation, but well, that's what this whole conversation was supposed to help them figure out.
Once she makes it to Kerra's apartment, she almost goes to knock before remembering what the other woman said and just opening the door. ]
[She'll find Kerra seated on the couch, casually lounging in shorts and a loose-fitting shirt, hair still a bit tousled. She never puts a ton of effort into looking tidy, except during very formal occasions. Talking to someone who's already seen you naked doesn't seem to count, so she hadn't bothered.
There's a couple of mugs of steaming liquid and a tray of sugar and other things on the table, so Kerra waves Aqua on over.]
Come in, get cozy.
[Drawing her legs up under her, she takes her own mug and curls her fingers around it.]
[ Aqua's a little surprised to see Kerra wearing something so simple like that, but that's not really something she even cares about at the moment.
She does go down to sit next to Kerra, taking the other mug but not drinking the tea just yet as she tries to, well, think of her answer to Kerra's question.]
A... a lot of things, actually. Mostly related to... what we did before. Even after two months here all of this is just so new to me...
[Kerra, forever looking out for Sakura, had given the girl her address not long after they'd met. A sign of friendship, and a way to remind her that Kerra was always available if she needed to talk.
That's not what Sakura needs today. That doesn't stop her from showing up at the woman's doorstep, either, a polite knock following after. A sheen of sweat covers her face, ears, and neck, along with a flush makes her skin look pink with fever.
-- But she smiles to herself, cat-like and pleased, swaying from foot to foot.]
[Kerra was, fortunately, at her apartment. She generally felt the approach of people to her apartment, and Sakura was no exception. What was it she wanted? Was something wrong?
The door slid open almost immediately, a wave of her hand hitting the button. The Jedi was just rising from the couch in her dark bathrobe, setting aside her book.]
[Sakura lets herself in the moment the door is open, tiptoeing forward. It's not borne of shyness. She tiptoes for the amusement of it, because she loves how her body sways with her already precarious balance, like she might slip at a moment's notice.
Her eyes pick up to Kerra's. The girl smiles a little too wide]
Why does anything need to be wrong? I just wanted to see you.
[Haha. Hahaha, it's funny. It's funny because it's a bold-faced lie and they both know it. Sakura looks blushed over like she's suffered a sunburn, her pupils blown out wide, and inside her body the Matou's crest squirms in agony.]
[There is definitely something wrong, and she steps forward rather quickly to be close enough to catch Sakura should she actually stumble.
The way her body is right now, it looks like she's dealing with moonborne heat, and while Kerra's instincts are decided less than wholesome right now, she's still concerned.]
[Sakura almost dissolves into laughter. Ah, what an opening Kerra's provided her with. And that she's stepped closer to Sakura is all the better, giving the girl ample room to reach out with her hand, resting it against the woman's wrist.
Hello, Ms Kerra. My name is Sonia and you and I spoke over the network. I am contacting you as you requested to further our conversation about the fact that you are not from Earth like a great deal of the people I've met so far.
I would like to know everything, if I am honest. My world has not really gone beyond our own moon or the space around our planet. You've been to many planets, yes?
A republic governs interstellar affairs, each planet sending two senators to represent them. And yes, it is. Mostly. There are smaller governments in obscure corners of space, but the Galactic Republic is the dominant political power.
As for supporting itself, imports mostly. Coruscant isn't a production world, but there are whole planets dedicated to producing foodstuffs, or purifying water, or locating other resources.

Hopefully not also during Sanguis.

Still, she's right though. They should probably be more than just sex-friends.]
Sure? My door's open. I'll put tea on, or coffee, if you prefer.
[She just seems like a tea person.]

And I'll be right up.

Sit with me?

It doesn't take an Empath to tell where this is going.
She looks at her askance for only a moment before nodding, nervously fretting her bottom lip.
Had the moons been this bad before Sakura showed up? No...no they hadn't.]
Of course. Anything you want.
[Fuck. Guess there goes my afternoon, she thinks with a reedy internal laugh. Lucky me..]

So, what do you want to know about life as a space-farer?
no subject
Please tell me about your favorite!
no subject
I think my personal favorite might be Coruscant, the Galactic Capital. It's a planetwide city, with people from all over the galaxy.
