[Kerra reaches to her belt and fishes out her multitool. Turning it over, she holds it out to him, finger tapping the maker's mark on the device. It's date of manufacture? About when she says it is.]
I'm not messing with you. And is it really any less possible than a couple hundred people, mostly from another galaxy, all showing up out of nowhere in a strange corner of the universe none of us has ever kriffing heard of?
[Zohvin leans in a bit further to take in the stamp on her multitool, and visibly pales as it starts to sink in. This could be a fake, anything can be faked if you're creative, but it'd be next to impossible to do in their current circumstances.]
I thought perhaps we were in stasis on a starship, or... [He trails off, briefly looking close to panic before he clamps down on that emotion altogether, banishing it to the back of his mind. This wasn't the time. He couldn't afford to have a crisis right now.]
Does this mean... that you know what happens? That you know how the Galactic War ends?
[Kerra purses her lips, studying Zovvin for a long moment before speaking. She doesn't want to alarm him, but he should know.]
The Republic wins out, ultimately. In the end, but I think it takes decades. History around that time period wasn't something I studied closely. Things quiet down for a number of centuries, and then a New Sith Empire appears, and starts expanding over most of the Outer Rim.
[That was probably the best possible outcome, but even so, he can't help but wonder - what does that mean for Vacarius? That pang of worry almost physically aches, but Zohvin knows that asking after him would be useless. She had no way of knowing about a sith long since dead in her time. Zohvin would be long since dead by then, too, but somehow that thought doesn't bother him quite as much.]
Then I suppose I have a lot to plan for. My people will want to know that they're on the losing side.
Probably. I know it's...probably not what you wanted to hear, but I also don't know all the details. Most of my studies at the Academy involved the Hyperspace War, and the First Sith War, with Exar Kun and Nomi Sunrider. Or Revan.
[Highlights, mostly. Though she had taken special interest in Nomi Sunrider and her master had pushed the teachings of her contemporary, Arca Jeth, fairly hard.]

[Zohvin doesn't feel like laughing, but he can see the irony. Getting away from the Sith was exactly what he had planned on doing, right before ending up on this strange planet.]
